EmPath Code of Conduct

EmPath operates under the philosophy of "Enjoy Harmony and Beauty", contributing to society through its activities. This Code of Conduct defines the values and ethical standards that all members, partners, and affiliates of EmPath are expected to uphold.


1. Maintaining Social NeutralityEmPath remains independent and does not align with any specific political, religious, or ideological affiliations.

2. Respect for Diversity and Inclusion

EmPath values diversity and individuality, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
 

3. Prohibition of Relationships with Organized Crime Groups
EmPath strictly prohibits any involvement with any organized crime groups, including criminal organizations, fraudulent groups, and illegal business entities

 

4. Promoting Fairness and Integrity
EmPath conducts its activities in a fair and transparent manner, avoiding any false or misleading actions.


5. Ensuring a Safe and Healthy Community
EmPath prohibits harassment and violent behaviour in its events and online communities. Additionally, it respects participants' privacy and properly manages personal information.


6. Response to Violations
In the event of a violation of this Code of Conduct, the following actions may be taken:
・Warnings or notices based on the severity of the violation
・Exclusion from events or communities
・Reporting to appropriate authorities

 

7. Continuous Improvement
EmPath will periodically review and revise this Code of Conduct to ensure alignment with societal changes.


This Code of Conduct applies to everyone involved in EmPath’s activities. Only those who align with EmPath’s philosophy and agree to follow these rules may participate.
