Event Overview

The workshop, themed "Purpose of Life," offered participants the opportunity to explore self-actualization and inner fulfillment, with a particular focus on the Japanese concept of "ikigai," helping participants consider the meaning and purpose of their own lives.

 

Main Programs

Olga's presentation

An explanation of "ikigai" (meaning "purpose in life") and a sharing of Olga's vision board and goals regarding her own life purpose.

Lance's presentation

A story about the important values in Lance's life and how he found his "Ikigai" and integrates it into his daily life.

Sharing session for everyone

Participants discussed their own "Ikigai" (purpose in life) and shared their experiences and insights with each other.

Participant responses

Participants gave feedback saying, "It was very meaningful as it gave me a new perspective on self-actualization."

Many participants felt that listening to the meaning of other people's lives was a good opportunity to reexamine their own purpose in life.

Future outlook
