Open Factory Visits: This event offers manufacturers the opportunity to gain insight into their company background, technology and innovation through factory tours, workshops and product exhibitions. A key feature is the participation of airports such as the "Marco Polo" airport in the Venice region, as well as the "Antonio Canova" airport in Treviso and the "Valerio Catullo" airport in Verona. The airports hosted special tours that allowed visitors to see behind the scenes of the facilities and how the organisation operates first-hand.

It was a great experience for us to not only participate in an overseas open factory, but also to meet and interact with Antonio, the organizer. We discussed the differences and similarities between Italian and Japanese open factories, the impact on the local economy, and the role of open factories. We also explored the possibility of new relationships with our foundation through these exchanges.
